YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
- Listen to clients, advise them, and provide professional guidance tailored to their specific needs.
- Prospect for and develop new business within the markets and territories targeted by the company.
- Sell insurance products while complying with risk selection criteria, underwriting standards, company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and all professional and ethical obligations.
- Document client interactions and complete all documentation related to insurance policies, updates, and renewals.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a valid AMF Property and Casualty Insurance License and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork, coaching, mentoring, and support skills.
- You are driven by new business development and client acquisition.
- You demonstrate transparency, honesty, and diligence in all client interactions.
- You are available and able to travel to meet clients and prospects, as well as participate in industry and networking events.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English to serve English-speaking clients is considered an asset.
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS AT COURTIKA
