YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
Listen to clients and advise them on the best insurance products available on the market based on their needs, expectations, and budget.
You will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring that each insurance policy fully meets the client’s requirements.
- Recommending additional coverage when appropriate.
- Cross-selling a second policy to existing brokerage clients and other prospects.
- Adhering to the brokerage’s risk selection criteria, underwriting standards, insurer guidelines, and fee policy.
- Complying with the professional duties and ethical standards associated with the insurance broker profession.
- Following the laws and regulations established by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages, and all other regulatory bodies governing the brokerage profession.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a valid AMF Property and Casualty Insurance License (Agent or Broker) and have more than one year of experience.
- You are energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy working with people.
- You have strong communication skills and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You are detail-oriented, conscientious, and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Above all, you enjoy working in a positive and friendly environment.
